Hi there!
My name’s Adam and I’m so happy you found me…
In 2019, after singer Keith Flint died from suicide, I felt a calling to hold an open day in my week for anyone who wanted to talk, but wasn’t sure where to turn.
I posted about it on Instagram and since then, I’ve spoken with hundreds of people from around the world.
Some people who call have no one else to talk to. Others just feel more comfortable talking to someone they don’t know.
We’ve talked about everything from minor disagreements with neighbors to major life decisions, crises and everything in between.
There’s no agenda for the call. No judgments and no unsolicited advice.
Talk Tuesday isn’t therapy nor is it a suggested replacement for it. It’s just a free and friendly ear from someone who’ll listen.
I’m a Level 3 Certified Trauma Sensitive Coach and hold a certificate in Psychological First Aid from Johns Hopkins. Outside of Talk Tuesday, I founded and operate the not-for-profit relief organizations Good Eats and Letters of Love.
If you want to talk, hit the button below and schedule an open time. This is always free.
